Used Cooking Oil (BioDiesel) Collection
We have over 124 Restaurant and Business Partners in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Eldorado, and Los Alamos, as part of our BioFuel collective, totaling 49,184+ gallons diverted in 2024. We make collection as simple as possible for restaurant staff. 

FREE SERVICE
Collection is FREE and participants may qualify for a tax write-off up to $5,000. This used cooking oil is processed into low-emission biodiesel and redistributed in blends at fueling stations. We are not presently selling biodiesel directly from the farm.

We provide as many 55-gallon drums as is needed for your used cooking oil only, OR, you can let the oil cool and place it back into the 5-gallon jugs for us to collect instead.

Based on your volume, our collection driver will pickup at regular intervals (weekly, every other week, monthly).

• Used cooking oil only - please no animal fats, water or grease from flattops, hoods or grease traps into Reunity barrels.
