Our Impact​
In 2023, we also collected 49,184 gallons of used cooking oil to be converted into Biodiesel, a 35% growth since 2021.

Used Cooking Oil (BioDiesel) Collection
We collect used cooking oil from over 110 restaurants in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Eldorado, and Los Alamos. We make collection as simple as possible for restaurant staff. 

FREE SERVICE
Collection is FREE and participants may qualify for a tax write-off up to $5,000. This used cooking oil is processed into low-emission biodiesel and redistributed in blends at fueling stations. We are not presently selling biodiesel directly from the farm.

We provide as many 55-gallon drums as is needed for your used cooking oil only, OR, you can let the oil cool and place it back into the 5-gallon jugs for us to collect instead.

Based on your volume, our collection driver will pickup at regular intervals (weekly, every other week, monthly).
