We are proud to partner with over 102 Restaurant and Business Partners in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Eldorado, Española, and Los Alamos, in our BioFuel Collective, totaling an estimated 41,000 gallons diverted in 2025. 

Our Service
Our aim is to make collection as simple as possible for restaurant staff. A reliable and dependable service that you can count on for your used cooking oil needs.  

Collection is totally FREE and participants may qualify for a tax write-off up to $5,000. This used cooking oil is processed into low-emission biodiesel and redistributed in blends at fueling stations in New Mexico, supporting a statewide circular economy model. We are not presently selling biodiesel directly from the farm.

We provide as many 55-gallon drums as is needed for used cooking oil only, or you can let your oil cool and place it back into the 5-gallon jugs for us to collect instead.

Frequency
Based on your volume, our collection driver will pickup at regular intervals (weekly, every other week, monthly).
