What's in a Name?
The Broadfork takes its name from one of our favorite human-scale tools for regenerative farming.  A broadfork is a wide anused to manually loosen densely packed soil, broadforks are used to improve aeration and drainage in no-till or reduced-till seedbed preparation.  Using a broadfork prepares the soil for planting while preserving the soil structure.
In a culinary sense,  you'll find a broad array of delicious foods that you want to sink your fork into...The Broadfork features a living menu that is developed weekly in collaboration with the farm.  With influences from the Mediterranean to Mexico, you can expect delicious options highlighting fresh foods grown with love in healthy soil!
