Farm-forward, made-to-order food brought to you by our talented on farm chefs of the Reunity Farm Fresh Kitchen. Served from the food trailer by the Office. Plenty of seating available for a pleasant dinner or brunch in the sun or shade! The Broadfork Hours: June - September Fridays: 5pm-8pm Saturdays: 9am-1pm Sundays: 9am-1pm Menu varies, hand-crafted by our talented chefs, created with direct collaboration with what is harvested weekly on the farm. What's in a Name?
The Broadfork takes its name from one of our favorite human-scale tools for regenerative farming. A broadfork is a wide anused to manually loosen densely packed soil, broadforks are used to improve aeration and drainage in no-till or reduced-till seedbed preparation. Using a broadfork prepares the soil for planting while preserving the soil structure.
In a culinary sense, you'll find a broad array of delicious foods that you want to sink your fork into...The Broadfork features a living menu that is developed weekly in collaboration with the farm. With influences from the Mediterranean to Mexico, you can expect delicious options highlighting fresh foods grown with love in healthy soil!
