Meet the seasons at our table!
We are delighted to host three curated dinners throughout the season celebrating what is freshest on the farm.
Our first dinner celebrated summer solstice: laughter and conversation rang through the evening, along with the music of Glorieta Pines, and we're already anticipating our next two dinners of the series. Menus will be released the week prior to the event, and will feature ingredients from the farm and farm stand. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.
Draft Menu for July 27 includes:
Watermelon salad w/ tucumcari feta and purslane
Corn cake, fresh tomato, quail egg, cabbage curtido
Short ribs and/or pulled chicken w/ tomato Smokey chile sauce, passed grilled bread ~Vegan option: Smokey beans
Summery Risotto with kale, chard, saffron, lemon, black pepper
V/Gf: Toasted coconut cashew cream, with cocoa nibs, coconut macaroons

FarmWife is a culinary collaboration between Cassidy Tawse-Garcia of Masa Madrina ABQ and Caro Myers of the Sunroom. FarmWife curates farm-based culinary experiences in New Mexico that celebrate the season. Caro and Cassidy work directly with their friends, growers, and producers to source the most fresh and flavorful ingredients, which they then prepare and serve on-farm, "supper club style," to guests. FarmWife is experiential dining, where strangers are invited to become friends, friends become dining compatriots, food is served al fresco, and the ingredients are meant to steal the show.
