How can I update my payment info?
What if I forget to set out my bucket?Yes, please bring it to us. If you have a bucket that needs emptying, you may leave it at our main entry next to the 64 gallon food waste drop off carts. I’m leaving town for an extended period of time (more than a month), is it possible to pause my service?Yes, we offer the option to pause service without payment for an extended leave (30 days or longer).
If you would like us to pause your service payment, please provide us with written notice (at least one week prior to your extended absence) with the date of final service and the date you would like to resume service. If you do not know the date for resuming service, you will need to request to cancel service through your customer portal. We will immediately cancel service upon this request. When you return and would like to resume service, please sign up with us again here. How do Holidays work with Doorstep service?On Reunity Resources’ observed holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day, there will be no Doorstep bucket collection. The collection routes scheduled for a holiday will move to the next day of the week, and any of the remaining collection days move forward as well (depending on what day the holiday falls on).
