Our work would not be possible without all of our community members and collaborators. Together, we are growing healthy soils, food, and community systems, while also addressing deeper roots of food system inequities and a changing environment.
The importance of local, resilient, and restorative food systems has only become more apparent in recent years in the face of public health emergencies, amplified by environmental destabilization, supply chain disruptions, and ever-increasing resource inequality. Thank you for your support!
Nourishing the Roots
Strong roots are the foundation of healthy plants, creating interconnections that cycle nutrients and respond to environmental changes through the soil and mycelium. Strong roots in our organization too, connect us across sectors and allow us to collaborate on holistic, community-based solutions to our fragmented food system.
We continue donating thousands of pounds of food to those in need each year, connecting with thousands of students on the land through farm camp, field trips and workshops, and diverting millions of pounds of compostable materials from the landfill to build healthy soils.
Please join us in nourishing the roots of our community food system. Your support is vital in enabling us to continue our work, sowing the seeds of change, and cultivating a climate-change resilient future.
